R.E.A.L. Literacy Implementation & Teaching Team

R.E.A.L. Literacy Implementation & Teaching Team (REAL LIT Team) members come from district or site-based instructional leaders who are exemplary R.E.A.L. Literacy practitioners. We guide sites or districts in the selection of the LIT Team members, provide them with additional training and coaching with the intent that the LIT Team members supports and sustains current REAL Literacy practitioners and certify members to train new staff and educators in the district who are unfamiliar with R.E.A.L. Literacy.
